Privacy Policy

• Account info: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google.
• Pricing data you enter: your products, materials costs, hourly rate, sales, expenses, and time logs — this is the data PricesLoom needs to calculate your Real Price and profit.
• Billing info: if you upgrade to Pro, Stripe collects and stores your card details directly — PricesLoom never sees or stores your card number.

We don't ask for your location, date of birth, or phone number, because PricesLoom doesn't need them to work.

To run your account, calculate your Real Price, show your Dashboard and reports, send you sign-in emails, and process your subscription payment. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising — PricesLoom doesn't run ads or tracking pixels of any kind.

We use a small number of service providers ("subprocessors") to run PricesLoom:

• Supabase — our database and sign-in system; stores your account and pricing data.
• Stripe — processes your subscription payment and stores your card details.
• Vercel — hosts the PricesLoom website and app.
• Resend — sends sign-in and transactional emails on our behalf.
• Google — only if you choose "Continue with Google" to sign in.

PricesLoom does not use any AI/language-model provider — your data is never sent to one. If you're located outside the United States, your data is still processed in the U.S. by the providers above.

You can permanently delete your account and all your data — products, sales, expenses, and time logs — any time from Account → Delete account inside the app. It takes effect immediately and can't be undone. If you'd rather we do it for you, email us at support@pricesloom.com.

PricesLoom only uses the essential cookie needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies, so there's nothing to opt out of.

PricesLoom is not directed at children, and you must be at least 18 years old to use it.

If we make a material change to this policy, we'll email active users before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
