30-day money-back guarantee
If PricesLoom doesn't show you exactly what to charge, email support@pricesloom.com within 30 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5-10 business days.
7-day free trial — you're never charged by surprise
Every Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is not charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime before then from Account → Current plan, and you won't be charged at all.
After your 30-day window
Past 30 days from your first charge, subscription payments are non-refundable — but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then.
How to cancel
Go to Account → Current plan → the ⋮ menu → Cancel subscription inside the app. It takes effect immediately in your account (you'll see "Cancels on [date]") — no need to email us, though we're happy to help if something looks wrong.
