PricesLoom is a pricing calculator for makers and craft sellers. You enter your materials cost, time, and the platform you sell on, and PricesLoom calculates a "Real Price" and shows your gross and net profit based on the numbers you provide.

PricesLoom is a calculation tool, not financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. It does not use AI or a language model — every number comes from a fixed formula applied to what you enter. The accuracy of your Real Price depends entirely on the accuracy of the numbers you provide. You're responsible for verifying your own pricing, taxes, and business decisions, and should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

You need an account to use PricesLoom. You're responsible for keeping access to your email/Google account secure, since that's how you sign in — PricesLoom doesn't use passwords. You must be at least 18 years old.

• Don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer PricesLoom.
• Don't use it for anything illegal.
• Don't share your account with people outside your business.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and you can close your account any time from Account → Delete account.

• Free plan: up to 5 products, no credit card required.
• Pro plan: $12/month or $99/year, billed through Stripe, with a 7-day free trial. Your card is not charged until the trial ends.
• Auto-renewal: Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime: go to Account → Current plan → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then, and you won't be charged again.
• Refunds: covered by our Refund Policy.

The products, sales, and expenses you enter are yours. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it, and how to delete it.

PricesLoom is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, PricesLoom LLC is not liable for business decisions you make based on numbers PricesLoom calculates, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If we make a material change, we'll email active users before it takes effect.
